Trading Times Academy is a stock market training institute based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, offering online and offline education in equity, futures & options (F&O), commodity, and forex market concepts, led by mentor M. Ashok Kumar. We are an educational service provider only.

4. Enrolment & Payment

- Full or partial payment (as specified for the course) is required to confirm your seat in a batch.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card or banking credentials.
- Access to paid content, live sessions, or recordings is granted only after successful payment confirmation.
5. Course Access & Conduct
- Login credentials, recordings, and course materials are for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
- We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if a student shares credentials, records/redistributes copyrighted material, or behaves abusively toward mentors or other students.
- Batch schedules, mentor availability, and session timings may be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances; we will make reasonable efforts to notify students in advance.
6. Intellectual Property
All course content — including video lectures, presentations, charts, PDFs, and written material — is the intellectual property of Trading Times Academy and/or its mentor and is protected under applicable copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without our written consent is prohibited.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
